You may now take advantage of the digital conveniences when paying your water bill, even if you receive a paper bill. From the beginning of June, we are expanding our payment methods through the IRIS Pay by Click system. Paper invoices will now have a QR code. When you scan that code, the amount due will load into the open banking platform. The IRIS Pay by Click system enables customers to choose from which bank account to order their payment directly through their personal profile on the Sofiyska Voda website, without entering bank details. Thus, the payment is made from a selected customer’s bank account to the company’s account, but unlike the conventional bank transfer, now the transfer is completed within seconds.    
The IRIS Pay by Click system is another digital convenience for the company’s customers, accessible through the Sofiyska Voda website, as well as through the My Water application.
