The personal data management, collection, processing and protection are governed by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament on the protection of natural persons with regard to data processing. As of 25.05.2018 it has direct effect on all member states, including Bulgaria. 
Sofiyska Voda is processing personal data while observing high standards for ensuring its confidentiality, security and protection. The company has implemented and is applying the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss or unauthorized use of person data, in full compliance with the requirements of the Bulgarian and the European legislation.

Your rights and freedoms are extremely important for us.
In case you wish to exercise your rights in the capacity of a personal data subject, we have developed for your convenience an application form to exercise your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. You may submit your application in the Customer Service Centers of Sofiyska Voda or send the filled out application to the email address: gdpr_dpo@sofiyskavoda.bg.

In order to process your applications submitted electronically it is necessary that they are signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES), certifying the identity of the applicant pursuant to the provisions of art. 37b, par. 2 of the PDPA – An application may also be submitted by electronic means under the conditions of the Electronic Document and Electronic Trust Services Act, the Electronic Governance Act and the Electronic Identification Act. You will be sent an incoming reference number to the email address specified in your application.
