The Trunk Sewer Survey and Field Activity Team of Sofiyska Voda took part in an event organized on the occasion of the of Bulgarian Rescuers’ Professional Day. The
colleagues demonstrated the operation of a sewer cleaning truck and an inspection and video surveillance of a trunk sewer in real environment.

The event was organized in cooperation with the Emergency Assistance and Prevention Directorate at the Municipality of Sofia, and it was attended also by representatives of the Fire Safety and Civil Protection Chief Directorate, the Ministry of Defense, the Bulgarian Red Cross, the Mountain Rescue Service, a voluntary formation at the Municipality of Sofia, etc.

Sofia Mayor Vasil Terziev and Stanislav Stanev, Deputy Executive Director of Sofiyska Voda and Business Development Director of Veolia for Bulgaria, congratulated personally the participants, and Krasimir Dimitrov, Director of Emergency Assistance and Prevention Directorate, awarded plaques for the professionalism shown throughout the years.
