To the Sofiyska Voda authorized representatives, who identify themselves with company cards
Sofiyska Voda offers its customers the possibility to pay the amounts due for water consumption to authorized specialists from the Door-to-Door Negotiations teams. They are mobile representatives of the Debt Collection Department, who visit the properties of customers with accumulated debts to the company and propose different repayment options.
Each team of specialists has a mobile cash register and may accept cash or conclude deferred payment agreements. During the visit a Statement of Findings is issued with a description of the details agreed with the customer.
Door-to-Door Negotiations Specialists identify themselves with company cards. In case of doubt the customer may check the authenticity of the card at phone number 0800 121 21 or request that the company representative presents their personal ID card.
