09.11.2020

In connection with the complicated epidemic situation, the meter readers of Sofiyska Voda will register the data about the individual water meters without physical contact with the customers. The company relies on the customers to submit self-readings considering mutual health and safety.

To remind, there are many ways for easy and quick submission of self-reading:
-  Free call at phone: 0800 121 21;
-  By a customer profile on the website of Sofiyska Voda;
-  By a written form for inquiries on the website of Sofiyska Voda;
-  As an alternative remains also the wide-spread practice of leaving a note containing the data about the water meters put at a visible place on the door.

If it is not possible to take a reading of the individual water meters, an estimated bill will be charged automatically, based on previous water consumption, which will be adjusted if needed at the next actual reading of the water meters.

The revenue water meters will continue to be read without any change.
