Payment of water bills directly through the website – now also possible without registration

28.07.2022

Payment of water bills directly through the website without the need of additional registration is the newest digital service which Sofiyska Voda, operated by Veolia, introduces from the beginning of August. The new customer convenience is part of the company’s strategy towards digitalization of the services, relieving the efforts and saving time. Sofiyska Voda is the first utility company to introduce this type of payment, which is made only by entering the customer number and the selection of one or more bills, for one or several properties, as the possibility to make partial payments is also allowed.

The customer number is individual, it consists of ten digits and may be found on the front page of the invoice, in the upper left corner. There may be several contract accounts to one customer number for each separate property owned by the customer.

The customer number is individual, it consists of ten digits and may be found on the front page of the invoice in the upper left corner. One customer number can also have several contract accounts (one for each individual property owned by the customer). Customers may choose the option for transferring the amount – by bank transfer or via a card. The payment is protected by the highest modern standards of protection of payment systems. Payment processing and change of invoice status may take up to two business days.

The new functionality may also be used by registered customers without the need of logging into their profiles and it does not put constraints on the customers without registration to make such and avail themselves of the entire available set of services and information through their customer profile on the company’s website.

You may find more information about all payment options on our website: https://www.sofiyskavoda.bg/nachini-na-plashtane.
