Sofiyska Voda, operated by Veolia, now offers its customers the possibility of analyzing samples from swimming pools. The company ensures a complex service – a team visits the respective site and takes a sample, which is then analyzed in the accredited laboratory of Sofiyska Voda. The point where the samples taken individually can be delivered is at the address: Sofia, 159 Tsar Boris III, Interpred Business Center. Samples are accepted every business day from 08:00 h to 13:00 h.

Water quality in swimming pools is regulated by Instruction No. 34 on the Hygiene of Sports Facilities and Equipment and the analysis is performed in accordance with all requirements of this instruction. The Laboratory Testing Complex of Sofiyska Voda is a high-tech laboratory that has a team of experienced and highly qualified specialists and offers a wide range of environmental analyses. The laboratory of Sofiyska Voda is accredited under BDS EN ISO/IEC 17025 and possesses certificate  Reg. No 50ЛИ/13.10.2022, issued by the Executive Agency “Bulgarian Accreditation Service”. The microbiological laboratory for potable water is organized and operates in compliance with the Eurachem Guide, Second Edition 2013, Accreditation for Microbiological Laboratories. The specialized laboratory for water sensory testing is designed in compliance with the requirements of ЕА 4/09 G.
