A new, fifth customer service center of Sofiyska Voda will open its doors February 1st (Monday) on 159 Tzar Boris III Blvd. in the building of Interpred Business Center. The location is communicative and convenient for the customers from the southern parts of the capital. Its working hours are from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., with two 30-minute breaks for disinfection of the premises.

The new CSC delivers functional separation of the services, so that the inconvenience and the time of the customers are spared. It has 5 separate counters: for payment of bills and other fees, for the provision of fast services and information, and for requesting services which require a longer time for dealing with a client. A take-a-number electronic system operates in all CSC to direct customers. Digital video content with the services offered by the company, advice to the customers and current news is displayed on screens. Comfortable waiting places with free Wi-Fi are ensured.

Sofiyska Voda also has available a set of digital services that are easy and safe to use on our web address: https://www.sofiyskavoda.bg/35_Registration.aspx. All customer service centers of the company observe strict anti-epidemic measures – hand sanitizers have been provided, protective separators have been installed and the premises are closed and disinfected several times a day.
