From 14 December 2020 (Monday) the Customer Service Center (CSC) of Sofiyska Voda located in Mladost 4 r.q. is moving over to a new building. The new office of the company will be a few meters away from its current address – in building 4 of Business Park Sofia.

The working hours of the new CSC will be as usual - Monday to Friday from 8.00 h to 17.00 h, with breaks for disinfection of the premises from 12.30 h to 13.00 h and from 15.00 h to 15.30 h. Payments will be accepted until 16.45 h.

The current CSC of Sofiyska Voda AD in building 2A will function until 12.30 h on 11 December 2020 (Friday).
