Important information regarding the transition to the Euro

11.12.2025

In connection with the transition to the single European currency on January 1, 2026, the systems of Sofiyska Voda servicing customers will be reconfigured from December 31 to January 4, 2026 (the officially announced public holidays). This requires the suspension of services provided by the company's call center during this period, with the exception of responding to signals for emergency operational issues. Online payments may temporarily be restricted, as well as some of the other services available on the website and the mobile app.

On January 5, all services provided by the call center will be restored.

From December 31 to 4, the customer service centers of Sofiyska Voda will also be closed. They will reopen on January 5 with their usual working hours.

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience caused!
