Sofiyska Voda AD offers supply and installation of water meters with remote reading modules. The service is offered both for entire buildings or condominiums, old and newly constructed, as well as for individual customers. 

The service includes: 

•  Supply and installation of water meters; 
•  Supply, installation and coding of LoraWAN module for remote monitoring; 
•  Double system for data coding through LoraWAN network; 
•  Sealing of the devices with a plastic seal; 
•  Data visualization in customer profiles on the website;  
•  All data transfer and license fees for a period of 5 years; 
•  Data integration with the billing system of Sofiyska Voda AD. For the transfer of water meter data to the customer database, registration on the company’s website is needed. 

In case the customers do not have individual accounts, they may avail themselves free of charge of administrative assistance in the opening of such individual accounts. 

Deferred payment: 

Sofiyska Voda AD offers its customers the deferred payment option for the service without any additional charge. Each customer who does not have any outstanding debts during the last one year, may avail themselves of deferred payment for up to 12 months. The initial installment which has to be paid is BGN 100 for a water meter or module.  
The deferred payment conditions are valid only for the services designated in Installation of water meters with remote reading.

Customer profile: 

In order to accept data from the remote water meters in the customer database, it is required a registration on the company's website. After registering on the website, customers may monitor their daily water consumption in their profile. Its functionalities include: display of graphs, daily, monthly, annual total consumption, location of the water meter, customer data etc.  
In case of already installed water meters with pulse outputs, we may propose a solution only with installation of a module, visualization and integration of data. What you need to know about your water meter is how many liters of water one pulse equal to, so that the module is properly coded. The above data is written on the water meter’s dial.
